Tom Brady reveals who he thinks is the best head coach in NFL history
Tom Brady's playing career saw him play 20 seasons for the New England Patriots under head coach Bill Belichick. The pairing of Belichick and Brady won six Super Bowls, and unsurprisingly, the GOAT believes his head coach is the best in NFL history.
Speaking to Netflix Sports, Brady spoke about the style that Belichick had, which was quite different from that of others.
"He's the best coach ever to coach in the NFL," said Brady. "He's one of the greatest motivators. There are so many things that are uncanny about his coaching style. He had such high expectations for us, and he never let off the gas... There was never a day when you could go on there and underperform on a practice and him not call you out. And it's hard to live up to that standard every day."

Belichick is widely considered the most successful head coach in NFL history. He holds the league records for the most Super Bowl titles as a head coach (6). His 467 career games also saw him win 302 of them. Brady's statement on Netflix Sports authenticates that statement.
His partnership with Brady was a match made in heaven. Apart from the Super Bowl titles, the pair also won 9 AFC Championships and 17 division titles. Belichick's rigorous coaching manual was even brought up by Brady on the Overlap podcast.
"Belichick made Monday through Saturday uncomfortable. Every day was hard - so that Sunday, everyone won," added Brady,"That was his mantra for 20 years - ‘do your job.’ No one else can do it for you. If this is your job, there’s no one else that has that job - you have it; you need to do it. Don’t worry about everyone else’s job."
Brady has already made his pick about his favorite coach. Alongside being a fan of Belichick, Brady has also got a favorite quarterback. The details of which he revealed during a recent podcast appearance.
Tom Brady picks Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback as his favorite passer
Tom Brady was a guest recently on the Overlap's Stick to Football podcast. Over there, he was asked about which current quarterback he enjoys watching. According to Brady, it was Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Aaron Rodgers.
"I think there's no greater passer of the football than Aaron Rodgers," Brady said. "I mean, there's certain people and you're like 'Holy.' You see everyone do it and then you see one person throw the ball that much better. Aaron Rodgers was incredible."
Rodgers' career has already seen him win one Super Bowl back in 2011 with the Green Bay Packers. He is a four-time MVP and is presently at the twilight of his playing career. Rodgers 21 years in the NFL have seen him collect over 66,000 yards and 527 TD's.
Brady, as a reason, selflessly puts Rodgers above himself as a passer. He even said the same about Rodgers back in September last year.
"Aaron in his prime, to me, is the greatest passer of the football the league's ever seen," said Brady in an interview with PFF's Cris Collinsworth.
Brady's assessment of Rodgers' skills tells you how much he respects Rodgers' skills. That is what makes Rodgers unique.
